Everything about the hotel was great. The hotel has a nice central location. Easily walkable to a lot of sites, Boston Gardens, Downtown, Fenway (or even closer to the train station which is one stop from Fenway, as we used. 5 min walk from hotel). Billy's Sub Shop across the street is great for some breakfast in the morning. Reunion BBQ around the corner is great for a couple of drinks. The staff are very, very nice. We found the room to be very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. We stayed in one of the four bed rooms with the bathroom down the hall. I'll admit I had my reservations about this, but, in hindsight, I think it is actually a much better option if like us you are staying with a group of people. All four of us could use the bathrooms at the same time. No waiting to take showers one by one. It will have saved us a lot of time. The bathrooms themselves, each with four pods containing a sink, toilet, and shower, were very clean. Each bathroom had clean towels stocked around the clock during our stay, with us taking multiple showers each day. Each pod would be cleaned on a regular basis throughout the day as they were used by people. Most importantly, the staff were very nice and very accommodating. An example of this for us, on the day we checked out they let us have a late check-out as our flights weren't until 9 that night. They let us lock our bags in their office after we had checked out and we went in to the city to get something to eat, watch some sport ( soccer and rugby World cup), and just kill some time. They even allowed us to have a shower and get changed in the hotel after we came back to collect the bags (very humid week in Boston, and raining very heavy that day). All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Boston.

Lovely hotel in industrial hostel style. Very friendly helpful staff. Immaculately clean, teams of cleaners working round the clock. Huge extremely comfy bed and big TV (with absolutely nothing worth watching). Dont be put off by the "Bathroom Down the Hall". While there are no on-suite bathrooms, there is a room with 5 large private bathrooms with powerful showers on each floor. Towels, shampoos and a tote bag provided. At first we thought this was an issue, but on reflection everyone gets their your own bathroom to get ready without the loved one hammering on the door telling you to hurry up. Small basic breakfast bar with coffee and muffins etc. Good place (Greystone Cafe) round the corner for takeaway breakfast plus lots of other quality eateries nearby Great location in luxury neighbourhood, 4 min walk to Back Bay T. 20 min walk to city centre.

The interior of the hotel is very cool/chic. My daughters, aged 10 and 14, loved it. The location is excellent for walking in Boston. The Charles river and the Boston Commons are a few blocks away. The room was small, but adequately laid out so that I was able to sleep comfortably with my two daughters; we all had enough individual bed-space. Initially, I was a bit apprehensive about using shared bathrooms, but it turned out to be a non-issue as the bathrooms were cleaned regularly and they were well appointed. Actually, it turned out to be an advantage, as we could all shower and "get ready" at the same time (using the private bathroom spaces) rather than one after the other which would have been the case in a traditional hotel room.

The location was awesome, about a mile from where the Convention I was attending was held. I was able to reserve a hotel bike and enjoy the city. I really enjoyed the staff, they made me feel like I was safe and at home. All staff needs to be trained like: Shaunderay, Arianna, Monica, Connie Shaheen, and Joe Cornejo! Seriously, they made me feel at home, safe; always asked if I was ok, if I needed anything, provided me with local spots to eat and enjoy the city. They were awesome, they all deserve a raise, a bonus, a night out, something!!! The building was always clean and well lit. I loved my stay and look forward to coming back!!!

The lofts in the building next door are the best rooms because they have ample floor space to move around and to unpack suitcases and they have modern and full bathrooms. The rooms in the main building have very little floor space and small bathrooms. Some rooms don't have their own bathroom So, the main building is for single persons or overnighters with little luggage and the lofts in the other building are much more comfortable for couples, for longer stays, and if you have luggage. The staff are very friendly and helpful, very. No breakfast room but there is an independent coffee and danish takeout place in the lobby.
